Medical/Optical Receptionist: responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering the phone
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Insurance benefit verification
- Patients’ chart preparation
Optician/Stylist: responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting our patients in frame and lens selection
- High-level understanding of vision plans and billing
- Merchandising frames
- Collecting and processing payments
Optometric Technician: responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Pretesting patients, including auto-ref/auto-k, visual fields, and eye care tonometry
- Patients’ chart preparation
- Revolution EHR data entry
- Contact lens inventory and orders management
Applicants must be dependable, enthusiastic, committed to learning new skills, proficient with Mac OS, and willing to collaborate with our terrific team.
