- Our caring and experienced doctor is available to review your prescription needs and check your vision if you have any concerns. We want you to LOVE your glasses!
- You get free lifetime adjustments and repairs. Our expert opticians will professionally adjust and fit your glasses for as long as you have them. And, for the life of your frame, we will gladly replace screws and nose pads at no charge, and order replacement parts (if available). We charge a fee for adjustment of eyeglasses purchased elsewhere, and we’re unable to help with repairs.
- We verify your prescription lenses for accuracy, check the frame size, and approve the quality of workmanship before you receive your new eyewear. Glasses that do not meet our precise inspection standards are immediately returned to our lens lab and re-made. Online vendors will not do that, and strict verification standards are not followed; prescription errors and quality issues are reported in over 40% of online eyeglass purchases.
- We accept your vision benefit plan. We are in-network providers for major vision and medical plans. We can check your benefits, and accept payment directly from your plan. Most online and budget vendors do not.
- We are experts in providing vision solutions. Dr. Petrou will prescribe solutions; then, our opticians will guide you through the multitude of choices, explaining the benefits of lens technology that will help you see better. We want you to see your best, without purchasing features you don’t want or need.
- Our experienced and certified opticians perform multiple precise measurements of your eyes and facial features that are used to place your eyeglass order. Advanced computer software and lens design technology allows us to customize your lenses for flawless vision. A single PD measurement is not enough to make a perfect pair of glasses. The best glasses are measured by professionals.
- We offer a large selection of frames and sunglasses for try-on, and assistance of an expert stylist. Our opticians will help you find the perfect frame shape, size, and color; in fact, it’s their favorite part of the job! We showcase top European designer brands and independent, hand-crafted frame lines. We are happy to special order additional frames or colors for you to see and try-on.
- You get our highest quality lenses and frames to wear. We are optical professionals and only use the finest optical lenses to provide you with the clearest eyesight and excellent durability. We use world-class lens technology, and highest-quality frames. Online and budget vendors often use inferior products – and you deserve the best.
- We’re available anytime via email or phone, and will always address your questions and concerns by the end of the next business day – though we usually assist you immediately!
- We offer you a 14 day Exchange Privilege. After getting your glasses, if for any reason you decide you don’t like the frame, you may exchange it for any other frame here. If new lenses are required, there is a small regrinding fee.
