It all starts when we confirm your appointment. We’ll review insurance information and medical history with you, saving you time in the office.
We’re practicing physical distancing by seeing fewer patients throughout the day. This means more room in the office, and less chance of you coming into contact with anyone other than a staff member.
We’re using our best manners and opening and closing doors for you. We’ll greet you at the door with sanitizer, keeping you away from the high-touch surfaces in the public restroom.
Your credit and insurance cards will be wiped when you hand them to us, and once again when we return them to you. If you’d prefer even less contact, we are happy to have you read any needed card information to us.
Our frame boards are fresh and clean, and you can be assured any fabulous frames you need to (or just “want to”) try on have been disinfected before being put back on display. You’ll have fun seeing what’s new, and our expert stylists are excited to help you find your best look.
We’re disinfecting surfaces (chairs, pens, clipboards, counters, etc.) and washing hands in between patients. We’re wearing masks, and requiring all visitors to do the same.
